Applications are invited for the above post based in the Faculty of Arts, to provide invaluable information and data analysis expertise to support to the Faculty’s research, education and people strategy. Working with the Director of Faculty Operations, you will interrogate and analyse existing data sets within and outside the University, create and maintain new data and systems where necessary, and produce reports and establish monitoring practices. You will also be responsible for developing IT solutions to support day-to-day operations and contribute to IT strategy and support research data collection, management and storage and IT innovation. 

You will have either a relevant degree or professional qualification plus relevant experience in a similar role or a proven track record of extensive relevant work experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to interrogate and interpret data sets to provide insights, draw conclusions and make recommendations, have a high level of attention to detail and customer-service skills, and excellent IT, organisational and communication skills.

This is a permanent, full-time post. Hours of work are 36.25 hours per week (a minimum of 29 hours per week may be considered). Job share applications will also be accepted.
