We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide professional, efficient and confidential support to the Director of Academic Services. Operating in a fast paced environment, you will be expected to manage and continuously prioritise, a wide range of duties.
The successful candidate will be resilient and tenacious, possessing a real passion for performing tasks effectively with strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, who enjoys problem solving and takes ownership of tasks.

Key tasks include:
Optimising productivity through effective diary management
Planning, arranging and attending meetings
Note-taking, collating and distributing meeting papers
Acting as gate keeper and first point of contact
Filtering phone calls, dealing with postal enquiries and ad hoc requests
Co-ordinating business travel and accommodation
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Building and maintaining co-operative relationships with key stakeholders
Co-ordinating HR processes across teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a PA at director level, in a team-based environment
Strong organisational skills to multi-task, with an ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload
Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence to liaise with staff at the highest level
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a university is not essential; you just need to be able to pick-up and quickly demonstrate proficiency in our technical systems and admin processes, and most importantly to share our values and culture.
