In order to achieve this ambition, the University is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Employee Relations who will enable the University to achieve its strategy by developing and embedding a progressive, business focused employee relations plan and supporting frameworks, policies and procedures to achieve performance benefits through a focus on employee engagement and contribution.

You will be the University’s expert on employee relations, providing high level specialist advice and guidance on all employee relations and industrial relations matters.  To this end you will lead and advise on the effective engagement of relevant stakeholders including the University’s recognised Trade Unions.
