At Technische Universität München (TUM), Department of Informatics, Chair of Robotics and Embedded Systems (Prof. Knoll) we are coordinating a number of EU-funded projects. Due to the special requirements arising from working within large partner networks, our team seeks additional support in the operational activities dealing with specific project management tasks, as well as general administrative duties. Therefore, we are looking at the earliest date possible for a:

Student or Graduate Assistant (20 hours per week)

The area of responsibility includes assisting the project manager in various tasks, in particular: Support in the organization of large partner networks. General office organization. Support in the organisation of meetings and events. Drafting, distribution, and organisation of documents such as reports or contracts. Drafting and filing of correspondence with partners and external experts. Requirements: A certain affinity for numbers and basic business management knowledge. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite. Due to the international nature of our department, very good English language skills and an openness to working in an international environment are essential. A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work on one’s own responsibility. An open, communicative personality for being in contact with applicants from different scientific communities. Ability to work efficiently and independently, and with a pronounced organizational understanding. We offer: An environment of trust and mutual support. Meaningful responsibilities.
