Applications are invited for the above post based within the busy Research Support Team in the School of Biosciences on the University’s Sutton Bonington Campus.

The successful candidate’s primary role will be to provide administrative support to academics setting up new studentships including arranging advertisement of these. The role holder will provide a range of other support including maintaining accurate School records on studentships, administering internal funding calls, collating information for REF and general administration such as booking rooms, catering and other arrangements for School based research events.

The ability to work in a methodical manner with attention to detail is essential. In addition, you should be well organised with the ability to prioritise workload. Knowledge and experience of higher education research administration environment is desirable. 

This is a part-time (18 hours per week) permanent post.
