We currently have a vacancy for a Food & Beverage Assistant in 4 West Cafe. As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will be required to ensure that the day to day running of the catering operation is smooth and that customers are provided with a high standard of service at all times. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving food and drink, working on the tills, stocking food stations and assisting with cleaning and clearing tables and catering areas. Full details of this role are included in the job description. Previous barista experience is desired but not essential.

Delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You will have experience of providing an excellent standard of customer service in a customer focussed environment. Previous experience of working in the Hospitality industry would be an advantage. You should be a good team worker and be able to be calm and professional in high pressure situations, as it can be extremely busy during peak times. We consider ourselves part of one big team across all of the outlets and there may be opportunities to work in different outlets to gain further experience. The role includes early morning, evening and weekend working on a 5 out of 7 days per week contract (36.5 hours per week).
