Chef de Partie (part time, fractional) (NHE068918)

Working within a busy "Call order" Campus Bar at the University of Nottingham, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of products to a high standard. Candidates will also be required to complete Food Safety documentation, clean equipment and provide ideas for product improvement.

Candidates should be qualified to NVQ 2 in food preparation or equivalent or have some experience of working in a similar busy role and environment. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate good cooking skills.

Hours of work are 20 per week worked mainly Monday to Friday between 11.00am and 3.00pm for 30.6 weeks per year. Flexibility to work occasional weekends will be required.
