Web Developer (N1607)

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic developer to help drive improvements of our Web presence within the Corporate Information Systems team at Lancaster University.

The web services team develops and maintains the University website, working closely with colleagues across the University to help us achieve our goals and support the University strategic vision. You will focus on a variety of web-based improvements, contributing to our long term plans to place Lancaster University firmly in the top 100 globally.

You must have experience of web application development using PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript, as well as an understanding of developing for a content management system. UX and responsive design experience would be an advantage, as would full stack development.

You must have enthusiasm and a demonstrated capability for problem solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and work well in a team.
