We have a vacancy for a Support Technician to work with a team of analysts to provide first and second line support to the University staff and students for all Audio Visual equipment and IT services. The team operates within the ITIL Service Management framework. You must have experience in a similar technical support role, including: Troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, desktop and laptop hardware Working knowledge of Audio Visual technologies Knowledge of Apple, Linux and mobile operating systems You will need to have excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills. You will be required to work on a one week rotating shift pattern + 5% shift allowance. As part of your application, please ensure you upload your CV and Covering Letter.
