Service Team Leader (017318-R-R)

 

An opportunity has arisen within the Bench Bar at Surrey Sports Park for a proactive, flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our team.  

The post holder will coordinate the job activity of the service team members on a day to day basis, respond to customer queries and issues and supervise the team in the Manager’s absence. You will also be involved in the running and implementation of bar events for our members and the delivery of services to our resident sports teams.   

The successful candidate will need to be flexible with plenty of enthusiasm, high levels of energy and be committed to providing an excellent level of service to our wide range of guests.
