Lincoln Performing Arts Centre, a vibrant theatre situated on the central University of Lincoln campus, is a flagship creative hub for the arts in Lincolnshire currently celebrating its Tenth Anniversary through an ambitious programme of creative participatory projects. We are now seeking an inspired individual to join our small but dedicated team to coordinate the in-house Box Office department.

You will have solid experience of working in an arts or entertainment environment, in a box office supervisory capacity. You will have experience of managing staff and of cash-handling and financial reporting.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a customer and sales focused ticketing function at the venue, fielding telephone and counter sales, reporting and database analysis, and the general administration of the Box Office.  This role also provides crucial support in delivering of a customer relationship focused marketing and audience development programme.

You will have excellent IT, written and spoken communication skills and be passionate about live performance and be committed to working in a challenging but inspiring arts environment; in return we offer the chance to be part of our energetic team at a time of exciting milestone in our development.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
