Engagement Manager (A2270)

We seek an experienced professional to join Lancaster University’s Stakeholder Relations and Events team as Engagement Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for increasing Lancaster University’s profile and influence, and strengthening connections with external stakeholders through a programme of events, bespoke engagement activities and targeted communications. 

You will have a track record of success in managing large, high-profile events and demonstrable experience of creating high-quality content and using multiple communications channels to engage a variety of audiences. 

You should be able to work proactively with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside the University and will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative thinker to contribute to the development of the University’s external engagement agenda.

This is a part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed-term appointment to 30 June 2019. 

Secondment opportunities will be considered for internal candidates, although this is subject to agreement from your current line manager.
