Bring your passion for food and latest trends to work and thrive within our innovative food outlets whilst enhancing the student experience.  You will be responsible for leading and producing food production for our evening Eat In service.  

To succeed in this exciting role, you will need the ability to assist with the delivery of strong financial results and also with the planning of menus for your service to ensure the food service meets with diverse customer demand and is delivered to a consistently high standard.  An understanding of legislation related to large scale food production is required, as is being qualified to City and Guilds 706/2 or equivalent standard.  On joining these busy, friendly teams you will enjoy the benefits of generous holiday allowance, contributions towards your membership of the Local Government pension scheme and access to onsite gyms, nurseries and libraries.

We currently have two vacancies located at our Falmer and Varley Park sites:

Falmer – hours of attendance are 11:30-19:30 (Mon–Thurs) and 12:00 noon–19:30 (Fri).  

Varley Park – hours of attendance are 12.00 noon–20:00 (Mon–Thurs) and 12:30–20:00 (Fri).

We will require some degree of flexibility with working hours during some weeks outside of term time.
