The successful individual will be take leadership of the BA (Hons) Musical Theatre course and will contribute to the delivery of other undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the performing arts curriculum.

Candidates will be expected to develop links with the professional sector in order to champion new writing and enhance potential employment opportunities for our graduates as well asbecome involved in recruitment initiatives with relevant UG and PG candidates.

Successful applicants should have (i) a Masters and be willing to work towards a PhD, (ii) relevant experience in industry and higher education, and (iii) knowledge of and experience with innovative teaching practices within the performing arts.

Candidates should be enthusiastic and self-motivated in order to lead and champion the continued development of musical theatre through practice-facing research within the general ethos of the London College of Music.
