We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join the administration team in London College of Music within the University of West London.

The London College of Music is the largest specialist music and performing arts institution in the UK. We offer an impressive range of innovative courses, respected worldwide and delivered with creativity and passion. The school offers a diverse range of courses from subject areas including Performing Arts, Popular and Classical Performance and Composition & Music Technology; and maintains strong links with industry and external collaborative partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the core professional administrative team within London College of Music. The post holder will provide a high quality administrative service and support the college in delivering a range of core activities, including preparing for assessment boards and dealing with our customers internally and externally.

The post holder will be required to establish themselves as a point of contact for the front of house service as well as being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to build positive and effective relationships with the wider University community, students and stakeholders this will include our external bodies.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in University administration. This is a key role focusing on enhancing the student experience and key academic processes, including enrolment and assessment. 

The successful candidate will be a confident individual who will work closely with both the student and academic community. Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication.

Successful applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent and have previous working experience in a customer-facing office environment.
