As a result of a re-organisation with Registry Services, we are looking to appoint team leaders to lead a small team within Registry Services.  

Registry Services is a central support department responsible for many administrative services that are provided to students and other areas of the University, including enrolment, student and course records, examination arrangements, results, visa compliance, timetabling and graduation ceremonies. 

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this post is one of 3 team leader roles within Registry Services. The post holder will lead a team of Administrators supporting the achievement of Registry Services key performance indicators to improve the student experience and their progression and success.

The successful candidates will need to have proven communication skills to foster good working relationships within the service and across university service teams. Experience of supervising staff and delegation of work is essential, and confident in the use of administrative systems and processes.
