About You

A current Edge Hill student, living on or off campus, you will have demonstrable skills in engaging with others to help them feel welcome, settled and supported. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to plan, organise, promote and facilitate events using a high level of energy and enthusiasm.  You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work as a part of a team, proactively signposting others to support services as required.   

About the Role 

Reporting to the Inclusion Manager and Senior Inclusion Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the experience of students is positive, supported and engaging.  If you want to help disabled students to settle in and make friends, then come and join our friendly team   We know that a lot students can take time to settle into University life and feel like they are members of our community; by being on hand to show our disabled students around and help them with their life skills you will be able to have a big impact.  You will also need to be able to signpost students to relevant services within the University. If you have a high degree of energy and commitment and a real passion for making a difference to the University experience for our disabled students then we would welcome your application.
