Hospitality Supervisor (CA8193-18-285)

Join our busy team and develop your career in hospitality in our fast-paced student restaurant where you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience in our halls of residence. Supervising a team will form part of the role which also includes overseeing the ordering and delivery of food and beverage services within the restaurant area and carrying out general front of house duties.  You will also train staff and allocate duties, handle cash and cash registers in line with policy and assist the management team in improving services.  You may also occasionally be required to carry out general kitchen duties including basic food preparation appropriate to the work environment to ensure business needs are met.

To succeed in the role you will need previous experience in a fast-paced food or similar outlet, supervisory and cash handling experience and an excellent understanding of and commitment to high levels of customer service.

The hours of this post are normally 3.15 to 8.15 pm, Monday to Friday although there may be a requirement to work different shifts over the summer.
