An opportunity has arisen in the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications department for a full-time Course Enquiries Coordinator.  The successful candidate will provide a professional information service to external and internal enquirers which include prospective undergraduate, postgraduate and part-time students.

The post holder will be part of the wider Recruitment team. Specific duties will include helping enquirers with any course related information requests as well as any other University wide queries.  We are seeking an individual who is approachable, proactive and works well under pressure.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a customer service role, have an excellent professional phone manner and be committed to providing a high level of customer service. You will also have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to work flexibly, proactively and at times work without direct supervision.

Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
