About You

About the Role 

A fantastic opportunity has emerged to join the FM team at Edge Hill University with the establishment of a newly revised role of Head of Service Development & Assurance. Reporting to the Director of FM, you will provide the leadership and development of 4 of the 9 support teams within the wider FM department, namely:

Customer Services TeamFM Project Management OfficeFM Operational Risk & EnvironmentFinance and Supplier Relationship

You will become part of the Facilities Leadership Team (FLT), developing and implementing strategies, policies, plans and systems to meet the business need and student expectation. Predominantly working at a strategic and tactical level within FM, the role holder will maintain business as usual at an operational level via the directly-reporting technical management team.
