UKVI Compliance Assistant (DIR054)

The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of exceptional creative, business and service professionals.

The Compliance Team is a small team that deals with UKVI Compliance to ensure that the University is meeting its obligations to the Home Office with regards to international students.  The Team are now looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to support the UKVI Senior Compliance Officer in the monitoring of UWL’s compliance with UKVI requirements.

The job will entail developing and using reporting systems to track UWL’s Tier 4 and other international students, liaising with the School Administration to ensure that students are being monitored and that UKVI records are maintained. In addition, the post holder will be expected to deal with student visa related queries.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with good IT skills with experience of using data and data reporting. A methodical approach, excellent attention to detail and good oral and written communication are essential. Experience of compliance or working with students will be an advantage.

Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
