We are currently looking to recruit a HR Systems and Data Analyst to join the HR team based in Ealing, West London. 

The role is responsible for collecting, maintaining and analysing HR information. This role will be to focus on HR Systems, data reporting and analytics. The role will also be required to support with employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives, as well as assisting with Learning and Development administration and ad-hoc projects.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of working with HR systems and data, providing appropriate manipulation, analysis and reporting. They must also be well organised, have excellent communications skills and have a good understanding of administrative processes and the importance of data and confidentiality.

We are looking for an individual who is a team player, adaptable and has a positive can-do approach to their work, along with the ability to learn. 

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to balance conflicting requirements whilst working to tight deadlines are essential.
