As a result of a re-organisation in Registry Services we are looking to appoint two proactive Administrators to join our busy team who will provide an outstanding service to all stakeholders.  The role is within the Visa Compliance Team of Registry Services, this central support department is responsible for many administrative services that are provided to our international students. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the University fulfils its responsibilities and maintains its status as a Tier 4 holder.This will include enrolment, maintenance of the student record, the monitoring of data relating to the students attendance in accordance with University policies and procedures and will participate in the administrative processes associated with the issuing of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) statements to students needing Tier 4 visas.

The post involves frequent liaison with staff across the University, as well as external partners and you will have excellent ability to communicate accurately and clearly both in writing and verbally.  

You will be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) and have experience of working within a busy office environment.  You must have good organisational skills and strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent IT skills and a demonstrable ability to follow guidance in handling sensitive and personal information.  The ability to work proactively and solve problems is essential as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  We are also looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service who is able to familiarise themselves with both internal and external policies and procedures and to comply with these at all times.
