Commercial Contracts Officer (22.5 hours per week) (EG5021-18-303)

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Contracts and Intellectual Property Team, part of the Research Enterprise and Social Partnerships Department. In this interesting and varied role you will be responsible for ensuring that the University's interests are represented and protected in all commercial contracts. You will support the research and enterprise activities of our staff and students by providing guidance and advice on contractual and Intellectual Property related matters. You will also negotiate and draft commercial contracts with companies, public sector organisations, HE institutions, the European Commission, and voluntary bodies.

To succeed in this role you will have proven experience in a similar role, the ability to communicate complex information and liaise effectively with senior colleagues both within and outside the organisation. The hours of work are flexible.
