This post is part of the TAILOR Evidence Synthesis collaboration – an NIHR HTA funded project to optimise a whole-person-centred approach to stopping medicines in older people with multimorbidity and polypharmacy.

A growing number of people live with the burden of problematic polypharmacy. TAILOR will generate the knowledge needed by clinicians and patients to help them make decisions about when and how to reduce burden by stopping medicines.

The successful candidate will undertake a formal scoping review describing a taxonomy of current approaches to stopping medicines. You will also contribute to a realist synthesis developing a theory-based framework of best practice led by our project partners in Oxford.
