As part of the University’s transformation agenda, a range of work is needed to identify and scope business change areas, improve processes and add value to students – which will be the primary focus for the postholder.  The Business Improvement and Assurance Officer will report to the Business Improvement and Assurance Manager working within the in-house team and alongside internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver the Improvement Strategy and Plan, promote the benefits of transformation and embed improvement principles and innovation across the University’s activities. 

The postholder will have knowledge and experience in change management and business improvement (preferably in academic/academic-related administration, management and leadership) and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record.
