It is through our people that an excellent student experience and world-changing research will be delivered and we are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to develop, implement and continually evaluate our approaches to talent attraction in order to secure the on-going success of the university. 

You will be an integral member of the Resourcing Team with responsibility for ensuring that our attraction strategies are innovative, evidence-based and cost effective, monitoring the success of recruitment initiatives using accurate recording of media performance, trend analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of social media channels. 

You will work closely with recruiting managers, with third party suppliers and with colleagues in Marketing to develop resourcing plans and to develop our online presence including the use of multimedia video and case studies, to optimise online searches and prepare recruitment marketing materials. In addition, you will develop and utilise our Employee Value Proposition in future attraction campaigns

Educated to A-level or equivalent and with a minimum standard of C-grade GSCE Maths and English, you will be an experienced recruiter or Marketing professional with knowledge of HR recruitment policies and procedures. You must have previously managed direct sourcing using a range of methodologies including digital communications and will have used google analytics and search engine optimisation to monitor effectiveness and inform recruitment attraction strategies.
