Associate Professor - Grade 9, currently £49,149 - £56,950

Professor - Grade 10, currently £58,655 - £62,219

Staffordshire Business School is pleased to announce the recruitment of a full-time Professor or Associate Professor in Business Management or Innovation. This recruitment is central to our ambitious plans, helping us deliver against the University’s vision and beyond.

We wish to complement our existing, experienced and successful academic team with a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and motivated candidate seeking to further their career in Higher Education.

As an established researcher and subject expert, you will be expected to contribute to the University’s research outputs by attracting research funding/consultancy work and leading high quality and high profile research. The successful candidate will be expected to make an outstanding contribution in the appropriate subject and to our REF submission. Applicants must also demonstrate a strong interest in innovative teaching approaches to support the UG, PG and PGR programmes. 

The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline.  In addition:

Applicants for the Associate Professor role must be able to demonstrate a significant body of high-quality peer-reviewed research outputs and a record of engaging in external research funding.

Applicants for the role of Professor must be able to demonstrate a sustained record of high-quality peer-reviewed research outputs and continued success of securing external research funding.
