Unipol Student Homes

This is a challenging and rewarding post which requires a mix of skills ranging from complex and accurate administration, advocacy, meeting skills, and negotiation and mediation techniques. The Administrator must show initiative in administering the Codes and increasing housing standards as well as the ability to ensure that the verification of the Codes is being undertaken in a planned, rigorous and systematic manner.

The post can be based in either Nottingham or Leeds (with an organisational preference for Nottingham) and involves day to day working with staff in Nottingham, Bradford and Leeds and although much of the work will be centralised administration some travel between these three cities will sometimes be required. There will be some anti-social hours working, including attendance at weekend events and evening meetings.

All those working in Unipol are employed jointly by the University of Leeds.

Interviews are expected to be held on the week commencing 25th June 2018.
