Are you a well organised and adaptable individual who can help facilitate an exceptional student admissions process? Are you a strong communicator who demonstrates sensitivity to people from different cultural backgrounds?


As an Admissions specialist, you will provide consistent, high quality support for the Institute’s student education admissions function.You will work closely with admissions tutors with responsibility for aspects of the offer-making process for LIHS programmes.


You will develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for postgraduate admissions; in order to support the LIHS Admissions team. You will evaluate and revise existing LIHS admissions processes to align with the CRM and improve overall service delivery.


You will have experience of working in an administrative customer service role and will demonstrate strong IT skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Access.Experience of using Banner or a similar student information management /Customer Relationship Management system is desirable.Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be vital and you will demonstrate that you can work sensitively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
