Please see below details of a new * temporary * assignment. 

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide administrative support for a range of duties in support of the Student and Academic Administration (SAA).  SAA provides a broad range of functions in support of both students and academic staff providing a consistently high quality service.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out established administrative processes according to the accepted standards and procedures, adapting approaches and actions as required and prioritising own work activities.  The individual would be expected to answer related queries, provide advice and resolve problems and to proactively contribute to process, system and service improvements through the development of constructive relationships with SAA professional service partners, beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Previous experience in a similar high volume or fast paced customer service environment is required, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Successful applicants will be enthusiastic team players who are culturally sensitive, able to work effectively in a busy environment and show a student-centred approach.
