Based in the Checkland Building at Falmer, the School of Education is one of the largest providers of education and training for student teachers, teachers and other professionals in the Higher Education sector.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to be a job-share partner for our existing Senior Records Officer. You will share responsibility for the co-ordination and administration of our systems for recording student academic progress within the School of Education. Working alongside the Deputy School Administration Manager (Academic Portfolio) you will co-ordinate and support assessment processes within the School.
Extensive experience of advanced use of a student records database (ideally SITS) particularly for the management of student assessment records is essential. You must be able to set and meet objectives, working systematically and possess excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Days of work are ideally Monday and Tuesday, but there is some flexibility and this can be discussed at interview.
