The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of connected creative, business and service professionals.

The role of the timetabling team is fundamental to both the operation of the University and the experience of students. The team interacts with all Schools and Departments. 

We have an opening for a Timetabling Officer. This is a key role in the Registry Services department. The successful candidate will be required to deliver the University’s academic timetable andundertake all aspects of the planning and operation of the production of personal timetables for students using appropriate technologies to collect and validate data from stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.

We are looking for individuals who are flexible, proactive and approachable coupled with excellent inter-personal, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent IT skills are also essential.  

The successful candidate will have experience of timetabling, preferably within an HE context as well as using timetabling software.  An understanding of how timetabling contributes to the student experience and also effective space utilisation will be an advantage.

The role may be available as a secondment opportunity.
