Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour (BLE17-14)

In further supporting the growth and development of our undergraduate and postgraduate awards provision the Staffordshire University Business School is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. To support the present commitments of the academic delivery in the provision of research-informed teaching at undergraduate and post graduate level, including on the Business School’s portfolio of CIPD accredited courses and the growing apprenticeship programme, the successful candidate will need to be an experienced lecturer with experience and expertise in areas including Strategic HR, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Performance management, Coaching and Mentoring.

Experience of working on the CIPD accredited suite of undergraduate and postgraduate courses would be a distinct advantage. Qualified with a PhD in a relevant subject area or willing to work towards, it is important that you are a team player who is willing to contribute to the development of individual colleagues and the School as a whole.
