You enjoy building relationships and being able to work with business and technical colleagues at all levels; taking customers high level needs and working with business analysts, solutions architects, technical teams and the IT PMO to be able to clearly show what the customer wants delivered, what priority this should have for the University, what resources are needed to do so and when it might be possible.

You arean experienced Project Manager who has a strong track record of managing and delivering successful IT projects using established project management methodologies but particularly enjoy the project definition stage.
