Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Receptionist (051318)

Surrey Sports Park are looking for a Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Receptionist to join the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing team, to provide administrative support to the department and provide an initial point of contact for our members within the Fitness Suite. 

As part of the Fitness Team, the post holder will support the delivery of high quality fitness activities and guest service, as well as the on-going development of the operation. The post holder is the first point of contact for visitors in the Fitness Suite, ensuring they are received in a welcoming and efficient manner and are provided with the required information and direction. The post holder will contribute to providing a positive visitor experience and professional image of the park, as well as the responsibility of co-ordinating the diaries of members of the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing team and the booking system for The Treatment Room.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to communicate detailed information effectively to a wide range of people, be able to prioritise your work load and work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing services. We are looking for someone with passion, drive and commitment to deliver an outstanding service to our guests and who understands the importance of how their role will impact upon the business both from a customer service and financial perspective. 

This position is required to work 36 hours a week.
