As the College Administrator you will provide a professional and efficient service, ensuring all administrative duties, including first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, are carried out to a high standard.
The role will include:
Administrative support to the Associate Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of the College and members of the College Executive and Senior Management Team Administrative support to College staff Staff and HR related administrative support Financial processing and procurement Facilities and office managementThe post will largely be based at the UWL West London Paragon campus, however travel to UWL’s other campuses (Ealing and Berkshire) may be required.
You will have proven customer service and administrative experience in a busy fast moving environment, excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills.
The post requires a candidate with enthusiasm, self-motivation, ability to manage their own workload and a willingness to commit to the University’s vision and values. Experience in project management and web-based IT skills are desirable but not essential.
Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
