This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant experience to join the University's dynamic HR team. A sound background in administrative, professional and secretarial support will be essential for this role together with experience of working with and supporting a Senior Manager. With a focus on supporting the HR Director and the wider team, the Executive Assistant plays an important role contributing to a progressive and productive work environment that makes a major contribution to the organisation.

The post holder will be required to be flexible, responsive and proactive to meet the challenging needs and adapt to working practices, processes and activities. 

The postholder will also need to be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative, organisational and communication skills.  They will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a demanding role that will draw on a range of highly developed skills and attributes including diplomacy, accuracy, effective communication and influencing.
