Collaborative Academic Partnerships Manager (CAP17-01)

Staffordshire University is seeking an experienced Collaborative Academic Partnerships Manager to support the management and development of a wide range of academic partnerships with further education colleges, alternative providers and international organisations. 

The Collaborative Academic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing partnership operational systems (including administrative and financial functions), progressing new initiatives and contributing to the successful operation and management of collaborative academic partnerships both in the UK and overseas.

Together with the other Collaborative Academic Partnerships Manager in the team, the post-holder will lead and develop a cross-institutional team of academic and professional services colleagues with responsibility for collaborative academic partnerships. They will support the quality assurance and enhancement of partnership activities through the implementation of effective approval, management and monitoring processes.

Candidates will have significant and demonstrable experience of managing collaborative academic arrangements in a higher education context.You will be dynamic, decisive and resilient and demonstrate the flexibility to work within a complex organisation. 

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships at all levels within a UK and International context.
