Course Administrators are responsible for managing a portfolio of courses and modules (postgraduate and undergraduate) including delivering Examination Boards, maintaining student records, Committee clerking and providing expert advice and support to students and colleagues across the student lifecycle. This role as a Senior Course Administrator for Nursing & Midwifery will coordinate staff who look after one of the largest cohorts of students within the university. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) coupled with proven administrative, IT and customer service experience within a complex environment. Experience in a student-facing role is desirable, as is experience of coordinating staff teams and the ability to manage complex workloads.  Beyond that, your ability to act as a team player, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, to manage your own workload and that of a small team effectively, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be what sets you apart.
