This is an exciting time to join the Organisational Development and Professional Learning team at the University of Leeds as we develop new approaches to organisational change, academic practice and professional learning to enhance individual and organisational achievement. 

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a range of organisational development initiatives including leadership and professional skills development for our diverse workforce. Our agenda is varied and fast paced and includes piloting a new framework for organisational development, building our approaches to staff engagement, investing in effective succession planning and talent development initiatives. 

Leading a small team of professional colleagues and working with cross-institutional teams, you will develop and evaluate our provision to ensure that our delivery is aligned with organisational priorities and reflects good practice.  
Your ability to work collaboratively across the University to ensure that our services are aligned, responsive and continually improving will be vital to your success in this role as will your ability to establish your credibility to coach, influence and engage with senior leaders. 

An experienced senior development practitioner you will need to apply your professional skills in the development, design and delivery of leadership programmes and events alongside your contribution to the successful delivery of strategic organisational development initiatives.
