Description :

We have an exciting, new opportunity for a part time Organisational Development Adviser to join our HR team.

Working closely with colleagues in the department, you will be responsible for providing specialist organisational development (OD), change and engagement advice and managing related projects and initiatives across the University in line with the University Strategy and the new People Strategic Plan.

You will work with both academic and professional services colleagues to ensure delivery of the Staff Survey and agreed follow up initiatives, as well as scoping and managing new projects.  These are likely to cover subjects from leadership succession planning to career frameworks for professional staff, and from developing improved change management processes to support staff and deliver cultural change, to new engagement initiatives.

As well as a background in OD / HR, you will need to demonstrate significant experience of stakeholder facilitation, communication and engagement, successful project management and delivery of new initiatives in a similarly large and complex environment.

For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Jo Hird, Deputy Director of HR, on 01273 642886.

No agencies, thank you. Job sharers welcome.
