Information Technology The IT department have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Project team, providing a full end-to-end project management service for technology related operational and change projects in a dynamic and energetic environment. You will be responsible for the effective support of projects, from initiation through to review, ensuring effective engagement with all project stakeholders and managing their expectations and needs. Communication and teamwork is key to the success of the project function and programme team and as an I.T Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the team is providing high quality, efficient and effective support to Birmingham City university. With a strong passion for identifying and implementing process solutions you will work with customers from across the University to collect further requirements for analysis and enhancement to the system infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of colleagues supporting the delivery of projects and contributing to the overall success of the department. You will demonstrate a commitment to student-focused service delivery and be able demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of each project at hand.
