The department offers dedicated undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in all core Management areas with accreditations from CIPD, CIM and CMI.  We also service teach across both levels on our specialist degrees, teach online offerings and overseas. The Department has tripled in size over the last three years and we are looking for an inspirational and motivated academic to join our management team and contribute to the Department’s research, teaching and enterprise activities. You need to demonstrate a passion for your subject and be able to communicate that passion to our staff, students and clients. You will be expected to take a lead role in your subject area and input into the development of research and pedagogy in SMM.  The role is not limited to a specific management discipline but experience within strategy, enterprise and/or leadership would be particularly advantageous. The role will support continuing academic developments but you will already hold a Doctorate and experience of academic management experience of programmes and/or research activities. A willingness to teach across the UG and PG courses is essential.  Experience of doctoral supervision would be an advantage for our PhD and DBA programmers.
