Are you a reward specialist?  Do you have knowledge of reward practices across different sectors?  Would you like to put your stamp on a new role within our HR team?

You will join the HR team at an exciting time of change.  You will contribute to the development and delivery of our reward strategy and will manage a variety of projects to support the achievement of the university strategy.

You will be CIPD qualified at level 7 and will be experienced in job evaluation/role analysis.  You will have a good understanding of the Higher Education sector as well as excellent analytical skills and you will have a highly creative approach to solving complex issues.
