Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge?  Do you have a background in applied health research within the context of Low & Middle Income Countries?  Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research intensive Universities?

You will provide support to a project entitled “Extending e-Health Innovations to Disadvantaged areas of Nigeria” (EXTEND) which is funded through a UK Space Agency International Partnership Programme Award. 

Playing a central role in routine monitoring of the project; you will also develop research tools for evaluating the impact of the project. In addition to this you will assist the Leeds “Lead Investigator” and other team members with capacity building of partner organizations in Nigeria, data analysis, the dissemination of findings and the preparation of publications.

You will have a PhD or equivalent in a discipline related to applied health sciences or have equivalent research or working experience of delivering, monitoring and evaluating healthcare services in Nigeria or other African countries
