A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and customer-focused Recruitment Service Assistant at Lancaster University’s Employment and Recruitment Service. Based in the University’s Careers Service, our employment and recruitment team manages a busy internal staff recruitment service for the University and operates as a commercial temporary & permanent recruitment service within the local area to identify and service employment opportunities for Lancaster’s students and graduates.
You will enjoy working at a student-facing Recruitment Service Desk, you will be a confident communicator, proficient in a range of media, and be able to analyse large numerical data sets. You will be proactive in solving problems with a keen eye for detail.
You will demonstrate a proven track-record to deliver outstanding customer service and build, manage and maintain long-term relationships, and enjoy financial processes including administering timesheets, handling payroll queries and processes, invoices and budget reconciliation.
You will be service driven and results-orientated with excellent general IT and administrative skills, and have a good level of education (minimum 5 GCSEs Grades A-C, including Maths and English). This is a great opportunity for an administrator looking for the opportunity to support a recruitment process within the world of student and graduate employment at one the UK’s leading Higher Education Institutes.
