We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Team Leader to join our Catering Team. Based on the award winning 400 acre University Park Campus you will be responsible for the operation, organisation and supervision of a dining room within the student Halls of Residence.

Main duties will include preparing the dining room and servery area for service, organising Formal Dinners and Barbecue’s, training, motivating and supervising staff, ordering stock and maintaining the care of equipment within the unit. You will also liaise with suppliers and other internal departments and will ensure excellent service is provided to our customers at all times.

Candidates should have supervisory experience gained within a similar environment, proven planning, administration and organisational skills and have experience of stock control.

Hours of work are 24 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged to include regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year.

This post attracts a 20% allowance for hours worked at the weekend.
