Assistant/Associate Professor in Computer Science(Tenure Track Equivalent) (UNNC518X1)

The School currently has 17 internationally appointed academics from 8 different countries. We plan to expand to over 30 staff in the next 3-4 years. We are now recruiting world-class scientists as well as talented and ambitious young scholars to join us, including associate professors and assistant professors. All posts are at internationally competitive and attractive salary packages. Depending on experience and skills, team appointments are also possible. Candidate must hold a PhD in relevant disciplines, the prioritized areas are: 

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Computational Intelligence and OptimisationData Analytics and Data MiningSoftware EngineeringCyber Security Theoretical Computer Science

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach computer science subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.Develop computer science undergraduate and postgraduate curricula. Supervise computer science PhD students and postdoctoral researchers.Obtain research grants from municipal, provincial and national funding bodies as well as the private sector.Conduct world-class research in computer science and allied areas.Disseminate research results in prestigious international journals and conferences.Transfer knowledge to industry.Perform administrative duties as required.Any other duties appropriate to the grade and role of the post holder.
