About You

With proven experience in managing and planning projects and events you will be able to work to tight timescales under pressure whilst maintaining accurate attention to detail. With significant experience in budget management and monitoring, you will also be proficient in a wide range of ICT software, including webpage maintenance.

With excellent written and oral communication skills, you will have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholders. 

This is a varied, interesting and challenging role, which will require flexibility, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, to deliver an excellent level of service which will further enhance the reputation of the University.

About the Role 

This post is situated in the CLT which has a University-wide remit for promotion of excellence in teaching, learning and academic practice. The Centre is responsible for supporting curriculum design, teaching, learning and assessment and their enhancement and plays a significant role in supporting professional development of academic staff including induction and training activities.This post focusses on coordination of the University Fellowship scheme, professional development activities, seminars and conferences. You will have particular responsibility for organising activities emanating from SOLSTICE which has a focus on technology enhanced learning. The role involves making a key contribution to the external reputation of the University. It is an exciting time to join the Centre and Edge Hill University as a Teaching Excellence Framework Gold award holder.
